Hertfordshire County Council

Judi BillingWe no longer have any Labour councillors representing any part of this constituency. However, there are ten Labour county councillors from other areas.

Judi Billing, from neighbouring Hitchin, had a resounding victory in the 2017 election, taking over 50% of the vote, after running a very strenuous campaign. She has since been elected leader of the Labour group.
